We regularly expand our ranks

Yes, we are a relatively young company in the Košice region, but we have managed to grow significantly over the last four years, and we certainly do not plan to slow down. We currently have more than 350 employees, but this number will increase in the near future, as we still have our doors open for skilled IT specialists with English and German language skills. You don’t just have to be a technician to become one of us. In recent months, we have also filled a few non-technical positions.

Although our growth has been relatively rapid and intense, we have managed to create a rich company culture that starts on the day of hire and accompanies every CANCOMer through every single working day. The true essence of our company culture is not merely the various company events and modern office space, but more importantly, open and peer-to-peer communication at all levels and across the entire company. Each of us has a slightly different professional background and it is this form of communication and collaboration that allows us to continually push our capabilities and boundaries. We are individually ingenious and unbeatable as a team.

Our goal was to create a company culture where everyone can find something interesting and cheerful, yet at the same time feel like a valid and equal member of the team. We are pleased to say that we have succeeded in this, as our office space never feels empty, and we regularly get together for various company-wide events. We have managed to combine both professionalism and humanity.

We regularly meet at various events, such as company-wide meetings, circuit training, yoga, volleyball, cycling workouts, quizzes, and tournaments. With us, food lovers, culture enthusiasts, and passionate athletes will all find something for themselves.
